4.5-metre hand wraps, designed for Boxbúðin by boxers who want only the best for their hands. Available in black, blue, red and white.
How to wrap your hands
There are many methods, but here is a simple one for beginners:
- There is a loop at the end of the wrap: put it around your thumb.
- Wrap 3–4 times around the wrist.
- Next, wrap around the knuckles. Make a fist while doing so, so the wrap doesn't end up too tight.
- Lay the wrap between the fingers, including by the thumb.
- Go back down to the wrist and close with the velcro.
Your coach can show you the right technique.
Tip: Don't roll up your wraps straight after training. Let them air out, wash them, and don't roll them up until they are dry.
