Punching Bags
Punching bags from Leone 1947 and Sting, along with ceiling and wall mounts.
Which bag is right? A rule of thumb is that the bag should weigh about half your body weight. For boxing, 100–120 cm bags are usually enough. For Muay Thai and kickboxing, where low kicks matter, longer bags (150–180 cm) are a better choice. Make sure the mount can handle the weight of the bag plus the force of your strikes.
