Hraustari ehf. reserves the right to cancel orders, for example due to incorrect pricing, and to discontinue products without notice. We reserve the right to confirm orders by phone.

Delivery

All orders are processed on the next working day after the order is placed. If an item is out of stock, a customer service representative will contact you with the estimated delivery time. For all orders delivered by Íslandspóstur (Iceland Post), Íslandspóstur's delivery, liability and shipping terms apply. Accordingly, Hraustari ehf. accepts no liability for lost shipments or for damage to goods in transit. If an item is lost in the post or damaged after it has been sent from Hraustari ehf., the loss is the buyer's responsibility.

Home delivery: Pósturinn (Iceland Post) handles deliveries for boxbudin.is.

Orders received after 12:00 are processed by Íslandspóstur on the next working day.

Free home delivery on orders of 25,000 ISK or more. This does not apply to punching bags.

Prices and shipping costs

All prices in the shop include 24% VAT. Shipping is added before payment and calculated at checkout. We ship via Pósturinn:

  • Parcel to a parcel locker (póstbox): 1,500 ISK
  • Parcel to your door: 2,250 ISK
  • Punching bags: 5,980 ISK

If you spend 25,000 ISK or more, home delivery is free, except for punching bags.

Exchanges and returns

You have a 14-day right of return on purchases, provided you present a receipt that clearly shows when the item was purchased. The item must be unused and in perfect condition. Returns are credited at the item's original price, unless the item is on sale or special offer at the time of return, in which case the price on the day of return applies. If the buyer does not wish to exchange the item for another, a store credit will be issued once the item has been received. The store credit is a code that can be used on this website and is valid for one year from the date of issue. Shipping and postage costs are not refunded.

Defective products

If a product is defective, the customer will be offered a new item in its place, and we will cover all shipping costs involved.

Privacy

The seller promises the buyer full confidentiality regarding all information provided in connection with the purchase. Under no circumstances will information be passed on to third parties.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are in accordance with Icelandic law. Any disputes arising from them shall be brought before the District Court of Reykjanes (Héraðsdómur Reykjaness).
