A handmade punching bag made of very strong synthetic leather. The inner padding absorbs impact. With a handy zip and chains for hanging.

- 40 kg: 35 cm diameter, 120 cm height (without chain)
Which weight is right? A rule of thumb is that the bag should weigh about half your body weight. 20 kg suits teenagers, lighter athletes and those who want to train speed. 30 kg suits most adults training at home. 40 kg is for heavier athletes and hard hitters, as it swings less.
